Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8 years of work experience for compensation and rewards consulting in professional firms is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
• Naturally curious about data with excellent analytical skills.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with key industry clients to ensure retention targets are met.
• Identifies key prospective clients for data products and plans campaigns with Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Mentors analysts and associate consultants in data solutions and across the business.
• Develops strategic plans for the industry portfolio of survey products with industry leads.
• Interacts with client base and becomes go-to person in the industry sector.
