Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) Manager to lead survey operations and provide compensation and benefits data consulting across industries in Singapore. You will collect, validate, and analyze data and deliver insights using Excel and various tools, contributing to the growth of the rewards data business.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing medium-size projects, and supporting client relationships, proposals, and product development

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant compensation experience
• 5+ years solving complex business problems with data science and ML
• Experience working in a global organization with agile methods
• Ability to shape ambiguity and drive consensus in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with data quality focus
• Experience providing insights to support strategic decisions and presenting results

Responsibilities

• Design and build models/algorithms to drive predictive and prescriptive analytics across product portfolios and customer journeys.
• Lead medium-scale rewards benchmarking projects and manage client requirements.
• Support revenue growth through business development and account management activities.
• Mine and analyze data to optimize product development, marketing, and business strategies.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy.
