Aon is seeking an Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant, Data Solutions / Rewards Advisory in Singapore. The role involves managing client relationships, developing data products, and supporting advisory work to drive revenue and client success.

The position emphasizes collaboration with commercial teams, strategic market research, and delivering data-driven insights while promoting a flexible, inclusive working environment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or related industry experience.
• Experience in working with/within Financial Services organisations is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with key industry clients to ensure retention targets are met.
• Identifies key prospective clients for data products and works with Commercial and Marketing teams to plan campaigns.
• Identifies opportunities for senior members to scope value-added human capital and rewards advisory services beyond data products.
• Develops strategic plans for the industry portfolio of survey products and researches market opportunities.
• Interacts with client base, becomes go-to person in an industry sector and influences project timelines and methods.
• Authors proposals for data-focused deliverables and assists in RFP preparation and data interpretation.
• Supports delivery of advisory work and helps achieve revenue budgets.
