Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road Singapore is seeking a Revenue Management professional to implement and audit the Absolute Care system, monitor occupancy and rate strategies, and optimize RevPAR across channels. Responsabilités

• Maintain and audit the Absolute Care Revenue Management system in the Revenue Department with monthly reviews.
• Uphold a smart, professional approach within the team and with business partners.
• Monitor group and transient demand, adjust selling and rate strategies in Budget & Forecast and in Opera S&C.
• Maintain forecasting tool reports for daily tracking of occupancy, rate, RevPAR, and rooms profit.
• Handle Best Rate Guarantee claims with supervision where needed.
• Provide analysis on short- and long-term decisions affecting occupancy, average rate, RevPAR and profitability.
• Stay informed about city events, conventions, holidays and key source markets.
• Aim to achieve RevPAR targets versus competitive set and monitor market competition per policy.
• Understand brand concepts of Best Rate Guarantee and implement rate policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with VP, Serviced Suites Singapore, and Directors to maximize yield via Third Party Intermediaries.
• Analyze revenue by room type and ensure optimal sales mix across channels per brand/hotel product.
• Identify new business opportunities and brief VP and Director on potential impacts.
• Ensure PMS configuration aligns with Revenue Management standards and conduct regular reservation audits.
• Ensure PMS compliance with rate codes, descriptions, packages, market segmentation, and guest profiles.
• Communicate rate and selling strategy clearly to Sales and Revenue teams.
• Work with department heads on revenue enhancement opportunities; conduct Rooms Revenue and Group meetings weekly.
• Provide prompt minutes and maintain ongoing follow-up with daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Address guest complaints with genuine care and professionalism.
