Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore seeks a strategic Manager/Senior Manager to implement pricing strategies, manage room inventory, and analyze booking trends to maximize yield and revenue. You will optimize room allocation across channels and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on targeted promotions.

The role requires experience in hotels, revenue management, and analytics, with strong project management and interpersonal skills to operate independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline with prior experience in hotels, revenue management, analytics, or related industry.
• Experience in hotels, revenue management, analytics or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement pricing strategies based on market demand, booking trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage room inventory allocation across all distribution channels and market segments to maximize yield.
• Analyze booking data to identify trends and opportunities for improving room pickup and revenue.
• Forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop targeted promotions and packages.
• Review promotional campaign performance and propose enhancements to improve conversion and revenue.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to inform pricing and inventory strategies.
• Oversee daily yield operations including sales quotation requests, pricing adjustments, and room allotments and allocations.
• Manage room rate code setup and configuration in CXM and Opera systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for processes and systems.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure operational consistency.
• Perform administrative tasks and support ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor
