You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Food & Beverage to optimize all revenue streams, monitor market trends, and drive profit through disciplined pricing and channel management.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening revenue management workstream: distribution setup, pricing, systems, forecasting, and ops readiness.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across all market segments to maximize hotel performance and profitability.
• Drive Total Hotel Profit Optimization by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams to maximise opportunities across all revenue streams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and revenue reporting to support business objectives.
• Chair regular Revenue Meetings and ensure revenue strategies are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
• Optimize distribution channel performance, inventory management, and pricing integrity across all channels.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Revenue and Reservations team while building strong revenue management capabilities across the hotel.
