Zusammenfassung

X-Press Feeders is seeking an Executive in Singapore to act as the main contact between customers and the company. You will ensure reconciliation statements and invoices are sent to customers, and you will handle and resolve disputes efficiently, contributing to smooth billing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Shipping/ Logistics or similar specialization from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 3 years’ working experience in shipping industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel.
• Pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.

Aufgaben

• Understand the structure of each deal & items stated in the checklist prior preparing the reconciliation template.
• Close follow-up with Line Manager to ensure checklist is drawn up for each agreement prior the deal commences.
• Setup contract details in system together with billing instructions to facilitate correct invoicing.
• Update customers on monthly slot charges and ensure correct fixed slot invoices are issued promptly.
• Extract customers’ loading information and probe agents for data discrepancies.
• Submit reconciliation statements to customers on slot usage against commitments.
• Follow up for statement confirmation and timely invoice issuance.
• Handle queries raised by customers and resolve disputes independently.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
