Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billing, post journal entries and process receipts.

You will prepare COS accruals, check billing completeness, follow up on collections, and verify sales commissions. Monthly reporting of Sales, COS and GP and ongoing performance analysis complete the role, with supervision from the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billing
• Prepare Cost of Sales (COS) accruals
• Ensure billing documents are complete and properly authorised
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Post customer receipts accurately
• Follow up on outstanding debts and collections
• Check and verify sales commissions
• Prepare monthly Sales, COS and Gross Profit (GP) reports
• Analyse Sales, COS and GP performance
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
