The role emphasizes reporting to senior leadership, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to sharpen pricing, pricing strategy, and profitability, in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or similar fintech/financial services roles.
• Proven ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data visualization (Tableau/similar).
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Self-starter with proactive approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive revenue growth initiatives aligned with YouBiz objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Refine sales processes and support lead generation and management.
• Conduct market research on trends, competition, and growth areas.
