The role emphasizes reporting to senior leadership, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to sharpen pricing, pricing strategy, and profitability, in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or similar fintech/financial services roles.
• Proven ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and data visualization (Tableau/similar).
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Self-starter with proactive approach in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive, Strategy & Operations (YouBiz) to spearhead our efforts in scaling our business and optimizing our revenue streams. This role will be pivotal in driving growth strategies and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities. You Will

• Develop and Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies that align with YouBiz’s overall business objectives. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to accelerate our growth trajectory.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on revenue performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Sales Process Optimization: Optimize sales processes and support sales lead bank generation and management process.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Translate findings into actionable strategies that position YouBiz ahead of the curve.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue-related initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations to shape sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Revenue Optimization: Analyze and refine revenue streams and implement cost-effective strategies. Utilize data to optimize pricing models, improve profitability, and enhance customer value.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on special projects and initiatives as needed to support business goals and respond to emerging opportunities or challenges

You Are

• Proven Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry. Demonstrated success in executing growth strategies.
• Data-Driven Strategic Thinker: Familiar with data analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Hubspot and Pipedrive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Proven ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and optimize performance. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools are strongly preferred.
• Fintech Passion: Deep understanding of the fintech landscape with a track record of driving revenue in a high-growth environment. Experience with financial operations and payment solutions is highly desirable.
• Collaborative Driver: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Dynamic and Proactive: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
