Job summary

YouTrip in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join the founding Strategy & Operations team. You will work directly with the General Manager to set the business's direction and then drive execution across initiatives, partnerships, and launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, fintech, payments or consumer tech.
• Proven track record launching new business lines or ventures.
• Strong commercial instincts with negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Singapore strategic agenda with the GM, including new revenue streams and partnerships.
• Lead from assessment through commercial negotiation to launch; own select initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Structure commercials, scope builds with Product, and launch with Marketing.
• Take full P&L ownership of critical growth business lines.
