Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• 5+ years in software development with backend and cloud experience.
• Expert-level in Java, Python, Ruby, Scala.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Testing: unit and integration testing for backend apps.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer with an exceptional command of backend tech to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including unit testing and integration testing for backend applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively with teams, and mentor junior engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages, such as Golang, is a plus.
• Passionate about software development and eager to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Software Development.
