Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to lead store operations, engage guests, and drive revenue through upselling and exceptional service. You will mentor team members, manage stock and visual displays, delegate duties, and ensure smooth zone operations with flexible shift coverage in a dynamic resort retail environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in F&B or retail operations is advantageous.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Bilingual for ease of communication with guests.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle stock items (~10kg).
• Flexible in performing various roles during shifts (e.g., break coverage, floater).
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising is preferred.
• Reliable, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Adaptable and able to work in dynamic retail environments.
• Able to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
