Job summary

DIGIPHOTO ENTERTAINMENT IMAGING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated team leader in the retail industry at Sentosa, Singapore. The candidate will interact with guests, lead sales staff and photographers, and ensure high operational standards.

With a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, strong sales achievement and interpersonal skills are essential. The role includes week-end work and managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail/frontline experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Working hours: 6 Days Work Week - 44hours per week

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Initiate guest interaction and deliver tip top service
• Lead a team of sales staff and photographers to achieve sales targets
• Perform rostering duties
• Assist the Site Manager to manage daily site operations
• Ensure the visual merchandising and housekeeping is of Company’s standard

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail / frontline experience, of which at least 1 year in a senior staff/ supervisor role
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets
• Able to coach and mentor team members
• Self-motivated and sales driven
• Confident and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
