Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore invites applications for a role focused on acquiring and retaining guests through market insights, telemarketing, and event coordination. You'll ensure hospitality excellence and gather feedback.

You will keep up-to-date with in-house programs and promotions, host guests, manage credit lines per policy, and uphold confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Business or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop market segments and players to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
• Maintain guest relationships via telemarketing and organization of in-house activities.
• Keep abreast of in-house programs, promotions and events to provide up-to-date information to guests.
• Host guests, attend to their needs, and gather feedback to ensure hospitality and service excellence.
• Manage credit lines and collection.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies, procedures and service standards.
