Job summary

TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks a Domain Consultant – Retail Supply Chain to drive KPI dashboards and reporting modernization from Excel to a cloud BI platform on GCP/Looker. Deep retail knowledge and strong analytical skills are required to translate business needs into technical specs.

You will lead workshops with senior stakeholders, map KPIs, and collaborate with data engineers to deliver scalable insights for COO-level decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong retail domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Sourcing and eCommerce.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks, dashboard design and BI tools.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (GCP) and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with senior business stakeholders to capture KPI requirements and dashboard expectations.
• Analyze current reporting processes and identify gaps for automation and optimization.
• Define business use cases, personas, and decision-making scenarios supported by dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineering to map source systems and data attributes for KPIs.
• Design dashboard visualization requirements (layouts, filters, drill-downs, interactivity).
• Prioritize KPIs and dashboards for MVP and subsequent phases.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Support UAT planning and identify key power users for validation.
