THE K WORD PTE. LTD. seeks a data-driven professional to manage category planning and product assortment across multiple channels. You will leverage AutoCount, Excel and Power BI to analyse sales, stock and customer demand patterns, driving informed product decisions.

You will build and maintain dashboards, extract insights, and report on KPI trends to optimise the company’s product portfolio and performance across the Teka Experience Centre and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCount, Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to extract, transform and present data insights for assortment decisions.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI tracking using Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Develop category and product assortment plans using AutoCount and Excel.
• Conduct retail market visits and showroom reviews and consolidate findings in Excel.
• Evaluate new products and brands using Excel-based comparison models.
• Review inventory movement in AutoCount and recommend changes to assortment.
• Extract sales, stock and inventory data from AutoCount and analyze in Excel.
• Identify product performance using AutoCount, Excel and Power BI.
• Establish and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare regular product-performance reports using AutoCount, Excel and Power BI.
