Qualifications

• Deep retail domain knowledge in Supply Chain, Sourcing and eCommerce.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks and dashboard design for executive decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into tech specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders to capture KPI requirements and dashboard expectations.
• Analyze current reporting processes and identify gaps for automation and optimization.
• Define use cases, personas, and decision scenarios supported by dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineering to map source systems and data attributes for KPIs.
• Design dashboard visualization requirements including layouts, filters, and interactivity.
• Prioritize KPIs and dashboards for MVP and subsequent phases.
• Align dashboards with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Support UAT planning and identify power users for validation.
