Job summary

LANCESOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Data Analyst to drive data analytics, reporting, and governance in a Retail/CGP environment in Singapore. You will analyze large datasets, build dashboards, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 15–20 years of experience, strong data interpretation, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure). Excellent communication with business units is essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis.
• Mandatory domain experience: Retail or Consumer Goods & Products (CGP).
• Strong ability to translate requirements into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Experience with large enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
• Perform data validation, quality checks and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with technology, data engineering and business teams on data-related initiatives.
• Support data-driven transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders and business teams.
