Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Singapore seeks an APAC Data and Analytics Specialist to build scalable analytics capabilities across Asia Pacific.

You will develop the technical foundation for a single view of customer data, integrate data from multiple sources, and enable reusable Power BI reporting and data models. Responsibilities include ETL workflow development, data integration from warehouses and marketing platforms, and enabling analytics for customer engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data analytics or related field.
• 2–5 years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or similar.
• Strong Power BI and Power Query skills; dashboard samples encouraged.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases and warehouses.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics.
• Build reusable Power BI models and reporting solutions.
• Develop ETL workflows to automate recurring analytics.
• Integrate data from enterprise warehouses and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support analytics needs.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, and performance.
