Job summary

MODA PAOLO COLLECTION in Singapore seeks an experienced retail leader to motivate and guide the sales team, building strong relationships with staff and customers. The role requires autonomy while aligning with management strategy and a keen sense of current fashion trends.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of managerial exposure in retail, solid knowledge of the retail landscape, and capability to train promoters and refine visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial exposure in retail.
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers.
• Work in full autonomy while following management direction and strategy.
• Maintain good fashion sense and stay updated with current trends.
• Have strong knowledge of the retail business.
