Job summary

MODA PAOLO COLLECTION is seeking a seasoned retail leader to motivate and manage a sales team, align with company strategy, and stay ahead of fashion trends. The role requires strong communication, retail operations experience, and capability to train promoters and improve visual merchandising.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of managerial exposure, with a solid understanding of the market, competitors, and brand environment. Shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial exposure.
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers, merchandising.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays.
• Good fashion sense and up-to-date with trends.
• Train promoters and improve visual merchandising.
