Job summary

MODA PAOLO FOOTWEAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned retail manager to lead and develop the sales team. You will drive sales performance, mentor promoters, and align with brand strategy.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of managerial experience in retail, strong communication and visual merchandising skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape. This is a full-time role centered in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial exposure in retail.
• Experience in retail operations and coordinating with suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train promoters.
• Good fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
• Ability to work autonomously while following management direction.

Responsibilities

• Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers.
