Job summary

UNITED MOBILE SERVICES is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across operations, inventory, and loss prevention.

You will recruit and develop staff, coach on floor, analyze KPIs, manage scheduling, and execute marketing initiatives. You must be willing to work non-traditional hours, travel for openings, and partner with local PR.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
• Ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and store processes to meet targets.
• Strong operational management: scheduling, inventory control, and task delegation.
• Proficient with PC and reporting tools (BI); experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail store team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute plans to control expenses and optimize sales and service.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience by coaching employees on the floor.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to meet store objectives.
• Spend the majority of time on the sales floor actively selling and supporting the team.
• Analyze store performance using KPIs and drive improvement across the team.
• Manage staff scheduling and personnel expenses to balance targets and service.
• Complete local and global training programs to maintain standards.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to inform business strategies.
• Implement loss prevention education and compliance programs.
• Oversee inventory processing and shrink goals; participate in openings/closings.
• Execute marketing initiatives and events within budget; coordinate with PR/marketing.
• Attend store manager meetings and offsite training sessions.
• Process POS transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation.
• Address maintenance needs promptly and ensure a safe working environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
