Job summary

W NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manpower planning, and schedule management. You will step in on the retail floor when needed and support event/roadshow logistics alongside the Store Manager.

You will coordinate staffing, ensure stock and cleanliness standards, and handle customer inquiries with professional escalation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Willingness to step onto the sales floor to cover shifts.
• Ability to plan schedules and manage time under deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with team and vendors.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to handle event logistics or roadshows.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage daily/weekly shift rosters for store staff.
• Provide on-floor backup during peak hours or staffing shortages.
• Oversee attendance, leaves, and scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Support off-site roadshows and promotional events logistics.
• Assist Store Manager with store policies, stock, and reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues.
