Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the BEAUTY retail sector.
• Experience in supervising and training sales staff to deliver high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
• Ability to develop and manage staff and promotional schedules to maximize store performance.
• Experience in inventory management and coordinating with suppliers to meet sales targets.
• Ability to implement cross-training to sustain productivity and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks to enhance customer service quality and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain employee and promotional schedules aligned with holiday sales and business cycles to maximize store performance
• Identify and implement strategies to promote the store, product lines, and services to increase customer engagement and sales
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by managing stocking processes, executing purchasing plans, and coordinating with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
• Implement cross-training programs for employees and Assistant Managers to sustain productivity and operational flexibility
• Manage controllable costs proactively to maintain store profitability
• Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience
• Recruit and train personnel as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels for delivering outstanding customer service
• Able to commit to a rotating schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
