Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Retail Manager to oversee daily operations across at least two stores, drive sales performance and maintain brand standards.

You will lead Retail Managers and store teams, ensuring consistent customer experience and operational excellence. You will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to optimize business performance, plan promotional campaigns, and manage staffing, budgeting and inventory controls in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores or overseeing multi-outlet operations.
• Strong track record in sales management, inventory control, manpower planning and customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across at least two retail stores, driving sales, productivity and profitability against business targets.
• Monitor retail KPIs, including sales performance, manpower productivity, stock accuracy, shrinkage and customer service standards.
• Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, company policies and operational guidelines.
• Prepare stores for peak periods, promotional campaigns, warehouse sales and major retail events.
• Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, providing practical recommendations to senior management.
