Job summary

Crocs Singapore is seeking a frontline retail associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain store operations. You will support POS transactions, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotions while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires English fluency, 1–2 years of retail experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Crocs offers comprehensive benefits and a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Possess at least O Level or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email; able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using our service model.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share ideas and concerns.
• Learn and assist in departments within the store including consumer service and product knowledge.
• Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
