Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding service and support daily store operations across departments. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge and help with placement, visuals, and stock room tasks.

The role requires 16+ years, 1–2 years in retail, and a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays. You will operate the POS system, support promotions and loyalty programs, and maintain store standards while collaborating with team

Qualifications

16+ years or older.
O Level or above.
1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays andPublic Holidays.
Basic computer proficiency; able to operate POS system.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to Crocs customers using the CHARM service model.
Proactively contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and concerns.
Learn & assist in store departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
Support daily retail operations including POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
Lead by example with Store Management to improve key performance indicators via sales-driven techniques.
Adhere to Crocs asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
