Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Retail Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and support store operations. You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Successful candidates demonstrate fluency in English and are comfortable with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Prior retail experience is helpful, but enthusiasm and teamwork are valued above all.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
O Level or above.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS system.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our service model.
Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment.
Learn and assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and stock room management.
Support daily store operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness.
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs.
Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.
