Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking energetic retail staff to join our fast-paced stores. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage the POS system, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the Crocs CHARM service model.
Contribute to an enjoyable team environment and share suggestions and concerns.
Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visuals and stock room management.
Support daily retail operations like POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns and loyalty promotions.
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques.
Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and compliance.
