Job summary

Crocs Singapore is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and support store operations. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, manage stock and POS tasks, and contribute to a high-energy retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, fluent English, and are available for rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Basic computer skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years or older.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Email and able to operate a retail POS system.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the CHARM service model.
Contribute to a positive team environment with ideas and suggestions.
Assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, placement, presentation, and stock room management.
Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness.
Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve performance metrics.
Adhere to Crocs asset protection policies, including inventory control and compliance.
