Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Retail Performance Assistant to support the Retail Performance team across Southeast Asia. You will monitor boutique performance in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia, contribute to reporting, KPI tracking and business analysis, and work with stakeholders to maintain timely performance information.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and KPI tracking across SEA.
• Maintain retail dashboards, trackers and performance reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with sales, productivity, conversion and KPI analysis to identify key trends and insights.
• Prepare data visualizations and presentations for different audiences and performance reviews.
• Support regional retail projects, initiatives and process improvements, including enhancements to reporting tools.
• Coordinate with regional teams and boutiques on data requests, follow-ups and administrative support.

What are we expecting from you?

As Retail Performance Assistant, you will support the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analyzing boutique performance across South-East Asia market (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia). The role will provide exposure to retail performance management, reporting, KPI tracking and business analysis, while supporting the team in maintaining accurate and timely performance information for boutiques. The intern will report to Senior Retail Performance Executive and work with relevant stakeholders to support day to day reporting as well as ongoing retail initiatives and your tasks will cover :

• Support weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and KPI tracking across SEA.
