Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Retail Assistant to support the Retail Performance & Operations Manager across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia) in coordinating boutique operations and day-to-day activities. You will help with opening projects, client service, deployment of boutique tools, stock planning for materials, and admin tasks to keep offices running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support retail opening projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with Retail Operations and Client Service (After-Sales) projects across the Maison.
• Support deployment of tools and initiatives in boutiques and provide local assistance.
• Partner with Retail Operations Manager and Boutique BOH teams on operational topics.
• Coordinate planning, ordering, and allocation of PLV, F&B, and printing materials with Regional/boutique teams.
• Manage administrative tasks: vendor setup, PO creation, invoice processing, and reporting.
• Coordinate team calendars and meeting arrangements.
• Support incentive planning and follow up on deadlines and deliverables.

As Retail Assistant, You Will Support The Retail Performance & Operations Manager Within The South-East Asia Market (currently Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand And Malaysia) In Coordinating The Retail Operations For The Boutiques, Helping To Ensure Efficient Processing And Smooth Day-to-day Operations Which Include

• Support retail opening projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with Retail Operations and Client Service (After-Sales) projects across the Maison.
• Support the deployment of tools and initiatives in boutiques and provide local assistance to teams.
• Partner with the Retail Operations Manager and Boutique BOH teams on operational and process-related topics.
• Coordinate the planning, ordering, and allocation of PLV, F&B, and printing materials with Regional and boutique teams, ensuring healthy stock levels and enhancing the in-boutique client experience.
• Manage administrative tasks including vendor creation/extension, PO creation, invoice processing, reporting, and general office coordination.
• Coordinate team calendars and meeting arrangements.
• Support incentive planning and follow up on deadlines and key deliverables.
