SMM ENGINEERING & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimise retail operations across its store fleet in Singapore. The role focuses on driving sales performance, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional consumer experience.

The candidate will manage daily activities, analyse KPIs, prepare budgets and reports, and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to enhance profitability and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, finance, or related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude to interpret financial and operational data.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize retail operations across the store fleet in Singapore.
• Drive Net Sales, profitability and exceptional consumer experience.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, and trends to identify improvements.
• Prepare reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
• Monitor expenses and staff productivity to control costs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing.
