The candidate will manage daily activities, analyse KPIs, prepare budgets and reports, and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to enhance profitability and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, finance, or related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude to interpret financial and operational data.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Deliver Net Sales and profitability targets for the store fleet in Singapore

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflows

• Analyze operational data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas

• Prepare, review and present operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis periodically

• Monitor expenses, resource utilization, and productivity to support cost control and profitability with a close handle on staff productivity

• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and SOPs using data-driven insights

• Coordinate with finance and other departments on budgeting, reporting, and operational planning

• Track operational performance against targets and recommend corrective actions

• Sales planning taking into account quantitative analysis and season factors

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements

• Lead a team of Area Managers effectively

• Ability to collaborate well with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Marketing to create the most uplifting consumer experience in our stores
