Job summary

DXCOLLECTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore's Orchard Central region is seeking a Retail Operations + Sales professional to drive sales while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage inventory, handle transactions, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an exceptional shopping experience. Flexibility for shifts and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth in our expanding retail team.

Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs, providing product recommendations and closing sales.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining quality interactions with every customer.
• Support store operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card payments responsibly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless coverage during peak trading periods.
• Support promotional activities and participate in product launches or special events.
• Identify and report operational issues or customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Operations + Sales professional to join DXCOLLECTION PTE. LTD. in our Orchard Central Region location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales performance whilst ensuring smooth day-to-day operational excellence. You will be at the forefront of our retail operation, combining sales expertise with operational efficiency to create an exceptional customer experience and contribute to our store's success.

What you'll be doing

4. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise responsibilities in a busy retail setting
5. Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain operational standards
6. Flexible attitude towards shift work, including potential weekends and public holidays
7. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift stock as required
8. Willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment
9. Experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
10. Knowledge of the retail and consumer products sector is a plus
