Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting a Senior Retail Associate for a premium boutique in Orchard. The role supports daily store operations, delivers excellent customer service, and drives sales through walk-in and phone inquiries.

Candidates should have ITE or equivalent, retail or customer service experience, and familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Work includes weekends and public holidays, with a 5-day work week and 44 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience supporting retail rostering or shift scheduling is advantageous.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales through walk-in customers and phone enquiries.
• Deliver high service standards and maintain professional brand presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Support invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving and inventory checks.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

• Position: Senior Retail Associate

• Location: Orchard

• Working Days: 5 Days Work Week

• Working Hours: 8/10 hours shift between 5.30AM to 1.00AM (44 hours per week)

• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment

• Duration: Permanent
