SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Retail Associate for a premium boutique in Orchard, Singapore. You will engage customers, drive sales, and uphold store presentation. The role requires strong customer service and POS skills, with flexibility for weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience supporting retail rostering or shift scheduling is advantageous.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales through walk-in customers and phone enquiries.
• Deliver high service standards and maintain professional brand presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Support invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving and inventory checks.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Support retail rostering and day-to-day store operations.

• Position: Senior Retail Associate
• Location: Orchard
• Working Days: 5 Days Work Week
• Working Hours: 8/10 hours shift between 5.30AM to 1.00AM (44 hours per week)
• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment
• Duration: Permanent
