Singapore Fashion Council's DORS retail showcase on Orchard Road seeks a passionate retail professional to welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage shoppers, drive sales, and build lasting relationships using CRM tools and brand storytelling.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team players with strong communication, able to meet KPIs in a fast-paced fashion environment. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the DORS brand.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.
• Build lasting client relationships by leveraging CRM tools and storytelling of our brands and products.
• Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through proactive client management and follow-ups.
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, maximizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock-taking and transfers.
• Uphold safety, security and administrative procedures at all times.
• Support store events, brand activations and campaigns to enhance customer experience.

DORS (Design Orchard Retail Showcase)

DORS is Singapore pre-eminent multi-label store that supports top local designers in the lifestyle and fashion industries. The location serves as a creative incubator, vibrant events space, and a platform in the heart of Orchard Road for Singapore’s homegrown brands to showcase their creativity to the world. DORS houses over 100 brands in these categories, making it Singapore’s largest physical one-stop shopping destination for local labels.

DORSe is the AI-powered digital channel that will fuel the growth of DORS through the merging of both digital and physical channels.

DORS is run by Singapore Fashion Council (SFC), the official association for the fashion industry in Singapore. Our mission at SFC is quite simple: To create A Vibrant Asian Hub For Responsible Fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the DORS brand.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through attentive, personalized service.
• Build lasting client relationships by leveraging CRM tools and engaging in authentic storytelling of our brands and products.
• Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through proactive client management and follow-ups.
• Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets, maximizing every opportunity to upsell and cross-sell.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, housekeeping, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock-taking and transfers.
• Uphold safety, security, and administrative procedures at all times.
• Support store events, brand activations, and campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Operations team.
