Job summary

e-cruit team pte. ltd. is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of its retail outlets in Singapore. You will manage staff, schedule training, monitor performance, and ensure brand standards are consistently met across all locations.

The role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining excellent customer service. Salary up to S$5000 with a 5-day work week (44 hours). Central location with opportunities to support new store openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management.
• Experience with consumer electronics is an added advantage.
• Working hours: 5 days work week (44 hrs/week).
• Salary: Up to S$5000.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent brand standards
• Manage retail staff, including manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance monitoring
• Drive sales performance and monitor store KPIs to achieve business targets
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and stocktaking
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service standards
• Monitor operational costs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets
• Support new store openings and retail expansion plans
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
