Job summary

Tyson Jay is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own day-to-day operations in a Singapore fashion retail environment. You will lead opening/closing, cash handling, staffing, and service standards while driving sales and brand execution.

You will coach a team, optimize merchandising, and collaborate with marketing on promotions and events. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, store performance, and guest experience across flagship locations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience, with 3–4 years in a managerial role within Singapore fashion retail.
• Proven track record of improving sales and managing flagship or multi-store operations.
• Strong visual merchandising sense with leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is desirable.

• Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising, with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working hands‑on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is highly desirable.
