Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) and operating budget of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry.

The role involves formulating and implementing strategic business plans, supervising staff in retail outlets, and achieving KPIs. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required, along with a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Consumer Electronics Industry.
• Willing to travel for store visits.

Job Responsibilities

• Profit and Loss (P&L) and operating budget of the Sales department.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plan to ensure continuous business growth and achieve maximum profit.
• Explore and maximize market potential.
• Established clear, identifiable and achievable sales target.
• Work closely with Marketing Department on positioning, pricing, sales presentations, volume forecast and budgeting.
• Oversee retail operations to achieve the KPIs such as Sales, Operating Cost, Customer Service and Inventory Managements of the retail outlets.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff in retail outlets to achieve established KPIs.
• Planning and execution of road shows.
• Management and tracking of the Market Development Fund (MDF).
• Keep abreast and conduct analysis on consumer and competitor’s trend and information.

• Mon – Fri: 8.45am - 5.15pm
• $4000 –$5000 + VB

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Consumer Electronics Industry.
• Possess strong organizational/ leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, self- driven and motivated individual.
• Willing to travel to and fro to conduct store visit.
