Job summary

You will lead strategies, analyze sales, manage inventory, staff, and stakeholder relationships to drive revenue and customer satisfaction while upholding compliance and controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business development, retail operations or store management.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and customer service.
• Ability to independently manage the complete operation of a retail outlet.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for overall management and daily operations of the retail outlet.
• Develop and review business development strategies to increase revenue and market position.
• Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and product performance to identify opportunities.
• Establish and monitor sales targets, KPIs and performance objectives.
• Manage inventory cycle including stock planning, replenishment and losses control.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery and promotional support.
• Review pricing, margins and promotions to maximise profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, sales reports and operational documentation.
• Plan manpower requirements and supervise staff to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Recruit, train and guide employees and maintain service standards and compliance.
