Job summary

Chanel Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to elevate store performance by ensuring optimal inventory, planning, governance, and flawless client experiences across the retail network.

You will lead SOP adherence, audits, and governance, while coordinating openings, relocations, and vendor management. You will also drive data-driven retail planning, performance reporting, and continuous improvement across all Boutiques and counters.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence across all boutiques and counters.
• Conduct store audits and close corrective actions.
• Coordinate store openings, relocations, renovations, and closures.
• Prepare and maintain retail performance reporting including sales, traffic, productivity, and dashboards.
• Identify operational best practices and drive continuous improvement across the retail network.
