Job summary

Far East Organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to identify and secure tenants for retail and commercial spaces. You will conduct market analyses, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy documentation to support smooth transactions.

You will liaise with tenants and building occupants, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and ensure leasing activities align with market trends and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.
• Preferably with RES License.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach.
• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals.
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation.
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
