Job summary

MAPLETREE Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Leasing professional to manage and lease properties within the portfolio, optimizing occupancy and rental performance. You will secure new tenancies, negotiate terms with tenants and agents, conduct market research on rentals and benchmarks, and maintain strong relationships with tenants.

Candidates should have a degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing, 3–4 years in leasing, and an extensive real estate network; EAA

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
• 3–4 years of relevant leasing experience.
• Sound understanding of real estate industry with a wide network.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• EAA Salesperson qualification (RES) is a plus.
• Experience in the same industry is an advantage.

The Role

This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
