Job summary

Love, Bonito is looking for a System Administrator to maintain and upgrade our IT and retail tech across corporate and stores in Singapore. You will diagnose issues quickly, interface with diverse teams, and ensure our technology runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include deploying software and hardware, managing networks and cloud systems, overseeing user accounts, supporting POS systems, and driving IT projects with vendors. A strong focus on security and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Administrator / Network Administrator (3–4 years)
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management, MDM, Active Directory, and network security
• Hands-on with POS systems in retail environments; vendor coordination

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain software and hardware across corporate and retail locations
• Manage network servers, cloud systems, and technology tools to ensure stability and security
• Oversee setup and lifecycle of user accounts, workstations, and access controls
• Support and manage the POS system, including configuration, maintenance, and L1 support
• Retail Store Operations: procure IT infrastructure, coordinate with vendors, and meet store launch dates
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to identify pain points and improvements in store systems
• Coordinate with L2 POS vendors for troubleshooting, maintenance, and projects
• Lead POS-related IT projects including rollouts, integrations, and testing
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to outages promptly
• Maintain security through device policies, firewalls, and backup strategies
• Maintain asset records via inventory tools and write technical docs/SOPs
• Explore automation opportunities to optimize IT operations
