Job summary

Bacha Coffee, headquartered in Singapore, seeks an IT professional to manage and maintain its IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services and store systems across retail and coffee room operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Windows, networking, AD, VPN, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure, M365, SharePoint, Teams) with strength in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Remote travel may be required to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Windows, Networking and Firewall administration, Active Directory, VMs, VPNs, AWS/Azure Cloud administration, M365 and SharePoint administration, Teams administration.
• Experience in Retail, F&B or Hospitality.
• Experience with at least one POS and/or ERP systems (hardware setup and config).
• Experience building and configuring new servers, firewalls and network infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, team player, able to multitask and meet deadlines; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure and operations projects aligned with organisational goals.
• Ensure networks, infrastructure equipment, apps, cloud services and appliances run smoothly.
• Maintain sound network architecture and disaster recovery compliance.
• Lead a team of IT staff and collaborate with management and external vendors.
• Coordinate with Application Team to meet project timelines and 100% uptime for apps.
• Gatekeeper for systems and network security access.
• Project-manage infrastructure projects to stakeholders and management.
• Manage store/site renovation projects and vendor relationships.
• Assist in preparing department budgets and present proposals to seniors.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
