Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair capability.
• Experience with Windows and macOS installations and maintenance.
• Practical networking knowledge including cabling and device setup.
• Reliable, self-directed on-site worker with a proactive mindset.
• Security-minded approach to access, CCTV, and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support including software installs and troubleshooting.
• Provision and deploy devices, monitors, peripherals, and security tools.
• Onboard and off-board staff access and equipment; recover devices when people leave.
• Build and repair hardware components and perform component-level repairs.
• Patch and update operating systems and software across the estate.
• Maintain IT asset register and track device locations.
• Keep showroom POS hardware and payment terminals operational.
• Hands-on networking, cabling, and terminations as needed.
• Manage CCTV, access hardware, and meeting-room AV setups.
• Daily shop-display checks and documentation of fixes for knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with third-party technicians on-site from start to finish.
